Appearance/Clothing Style : Sapphire blue eyes make you freeze as you walk into the room, and they hold you still as they examine you. You look at the man whose analysing you and smile cautiously. Black hair falls to his shoulders, and there's nothing soft about him. Hard eyes, unemotional face, but somehow he's undeniably good looking. Maybe it's because he seems so unapproachable. He has a sword and a knife, but somehow you know that he has a lot more weapons than those visible. Perhaps it's the way he's standing, so confident, so calm, but cold. Like an ice statue. Nothing warm or welcoming at all about him. Nothing at all.
History: 'Happy' doesn't describe Valek's history...At all. When he was thirteen his three brothers were killed and his parents, so overcome with grief, kicked him out. Valek, set on revenge, travelled around, learning, training, until he was a master at the art of murder and almost unbeatable with most weapons. He killed the man responsible for his brother's death, but didn't try to find anything else to do. He stayed an assassin, taking jobs to make a living and wandering around.
A little while ago he was approached by a woman, who hired him to kill someone called Valerie. Valek found as much as he could about her, but has actually never seen her. He's looking for his target, Valerie, at the moment.
Personality: Cold, unemotional and calculating are normally the first words that come to anyone's head when they first meet Valek. Normally first impressions stick, too, because those that meet him are normally dead before five minutes are up. Those that he isn't supposed to kill or haven't annoyed him, though, tell a different story. Especially those that are his friends, not that he has any.
After you've been around Valek for while you start to notice things about him. Like he's not as cold and uncaring as he seemed at first. That he's unbelievably loyal to those he's loyal to, and that he's amazingly moral for an assassin. Little things like he's an sculptor in his spare time, and his favourite subject is nature. It also becomes apparent he can flip between kind and killer in a moment, then back again.
Pretty much, Valek is a little more complex than he seems at first glance. Not as cold or unemotional, but rather a man with a very good pokerface. He also sometimes lets his targets live if he thinks it isn't the right time to kill them, or that it would only cause trouble for those involved.
